Easier way to reply to notification messages?

it seems bit cumbersome automatic notification form , have click on email address of sender in message reply , go notification message copy out contents of sender's message , paste reply. did noboby run through end-user usability testing?

it sounds when receive submission notification message formscentral, you'd come person submitted it. can hit respond? right?
