export PP CS6 to quicktime photojpeg

i'm trying out premiere pro cs6 , exporting quicktime photojpeg.

i've updated latest pp update 6.0.1

it exports fine when playback video has "jaggies" (where video sort of tears apart bit) when scene has movement in it.

this doesn't happen in other exported formats (avi, etc.)

i've tried exporting quicktime photojpeg codec settings of "optimized streaming" same jaggy problem

and tried addding setting rfc 2035 compatible setting still has jaggies.

has been suggesful exporting quicktime photojpeg without jaggies?

if not guess bring quicktime pro , converstion adds 1 more step process.

also, there way modify % quality when exporting above setting?  shows 90% quality grayed out can't adjust quality @ all?

thanks in advance advice.

quicktime isn't best option.  recommend using another.
