How print exact dimensions of image?

i have resized image in photoshop cs5 using perfect resize.  the image dimensions 20.00 inches x 13.33 inches.

 

in lightroom print module, chose these settings:

• cell size 20.00 in x 13.33 in. 
• all margins set 0.00. 
• "zoom fill" not checked.
• page setup:  17 x 22 paper.  manual - rear-borderless (retain size)

 

the size printed 20.5 in x 13.75 in

 

what should doing print size match cell size of 20.00 x 13.33?

 

information:

lightroom version 4.1

mac os:  10.6.8

printer:  epson 3880

file:  tiff

if set epson stylus photo r800 borderless printing, scale page little larger real dimensions. epson says feature avoid thin white borders around image because have tolerances in paper conveying system , in position of paper within printer.

 

so have is: switch off borderless printing. won't have scaling of print. unfortunatelly have (in case) 3 mm white borders around because it's maximum standard printing area. far can see want print smaller paper size anyway. shouldn't have trouble this. switch off borderless printing.
