Joomla 3.0 installation - Site Not Accessable - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i completed fresh install of joomla 3.0. install process completed without issues, when go either site or administration there no access error message:

server error
the website encountered error while retrieving http://www.indiancatholicassociation.org/. may down maintenance or configured incorrectly.
here suggestions:
reload webpage later.
http error 500 (internal server error): unexpected condition encountered while server attempting fulfill request.

i spoke server techs , read logs is:

php fatal error jconfig not found


the above said, , retracing steps back, these 2 additional steps performed , not sure if contribute problem:


1.
i deleted installation folder completely, because said on final installation not go forward until folder deleted (deleted folder through filezilla).

2.
at finalization of install, stated configuration.php writeable had 'no'. said continue , manually 'copy , paste' text @ end - text file , upload joomla directory. did this. not sure if done correctly.


with of above background - please advise need site accessable.

issue resolved. problem format used "copy , paste" contents configuration.php file wrong. after correct this, fine. thanks.

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
