no pupwins, options windows open full browser, cannot select - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

linux, apache, php 5.2.17
i have several 2.5.7 joomla's on same server working great. same browser.
i did clean install of 2.5.8. installation successful.

in administration, in module manager, when click on position, window goes full browser screen , clicking on position nothing. when create new module, same thing, window small pup window select module type, full browser screen. if add new menu item, menu type "select" button nothing @ all!

the original install server zip extract, has hiccup, have tried manually ftp , overwrite 2.5.8 files again. still no go. have work around of manually typing in module position, broken. please advise.

i have same problem also.
for example when creating new menu item cannot select menu type @ all.
clickin select button doesn't work. nothing happens.

running same site on locally on computer mamp works. not on real site.

can 1 help??

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
