Not able to scan on windows 8 x64 with acrobat 10.1.4

i not able scan on windows 8 pro x64 rtm (from msdn) acrobat 10.1.4.

 

my combined printer/scanner model hp laserjet pro 400 color mfp m475dw.

 

my scanner driver "wia-hp lj300-400 m375-m475 scan" works fine in windows paint, when trying scan acrobat shows "wrong parameter" message.  when try again or close acrobat "operation not allowed because scanning in progress" error message comes.

 

is acrobat 10.1.4 ment windows 8 x64 compatible (like sales rep told me)?

 

is there solution problem?

as acrobat x through 10.1.4 wasn't intended windows 8 "beta" possible solution use ever comes along has been designed windows 8.

keep in mind acrobat 9.2 worked windows 7 until first round of win 7 updates. full functionality came acrobat x (the 10.1 update provided pdfmaker compatiblility office 2010 x64 applications).

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
