hello fellow joomla users, need of extension , have gone through through joomla extension directory dont know look.

my client runs freight forwarding company.
basically need extension simple goods tracking system.
its simple.
clients register , unique username , passwords.
there unique page each client see when login.
what administrator manually fill page whereabouts of particular clients goods.

so basically, clienta logs in, , have access clienta's "goods whereabout" page admin entered manually.

it extension doesnt exist please let me if if can build 1 such me @ affordable price.
