Thread: How to patch and update Ubuntu and install dependancies with no Internet Connection

i won't explain reasons, situation :

have 64-bit computer @ work cannot connected internet ubuntu 11.04 64-bit installed on it.

home computer, connected internet, 32-bit running ubuntu 10.04. though can installed virtual machines on of ubuntu 11.04, can 32-bit (and have checked 32-bit processor not allow kind of 64-bit mode).

realise apt-on-cd allows packages installed on 1 archietecture carried on matching archietecture , os version, deb packages on 32-bit 10.04 ubuntu internet connected pc won't work on 64-bit 11.04 ubuntu system.

in world of windows can download "offline" version of service packs include everything, if system doesn't need part of it, updates system latest sp. afaik, there no such bundles ubuntu download @ home , bring work on disk install on work computer.

can suggest other way of me doing 2 things :

a) updating non-internet connected ubuntu 64-bit system latest patches and
b) download number of other debian packages , dependancies don't have go backwards , forwards between 1 computer , everytime try install deb package says "i need depdenacy x"
