Thread: SSD problem


i have 60gb corsair ssd (cssd-f60gb2-brkt-a) have mounted computer. error @ bios saying "there somthing wrong on of discs. hit f1 proceed". when boots get:
sudo fdisk -l

disk /dev/sdd: 0 mb, 32768 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 0 cylinders
units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 4096 bytes
i/o size (minimum/optimal): 4096 bytes / 4096 bytes
disk identifier: 0x00000000

disk /dev/sdd doesn't contain valid partition table

telling me have 32kb disk. have problems. have looked around, not found might resolve problem. if have suggestion, please let me know.

that problem. can use gparted, "device > new partition table" , choose "ms-dos" partition table type, make partition(s) , filesystems, , should able proceed installation.
