Updating Caption numbering when creating or moving Figure

hello,

 

this regarding indesign cs4.

 

i have gone through following tutorial: http://blogs.adobe.com/indesigndocs/2009/04/numbered_lists_part_iii_figure.html

 

i know if there way indesign automatically update caption numbers when:

1- move existing figure/caption new location in text. example, move figure_30 right before figure_25. in case expect figure_30 become figure_25, figure_25 become figure_26 , on.

2- create new figure , place before figure_10, in case expect figure_10 become figure_11, , newly created figure become figure_10.

 

i unable way captions set in aforementioned tutorial.

just addition. example, 2 scenarios describing handled automatically in msword. hope forum members can give indication of how handle in indesign cs4.
