CANNOT PURCHASE FORMS CENTRAL UPGRADE

i having extremely hard time purchasing upgrade forms central. @ first thought credit card, literally have tried 3 different visas (some friends) , 1 mastercard. have checked , double checked address , credit card number , can guarantee alll information correct have tried process payment on dozen times, literally.

 

this every time:

 

error in order

we unable approve transaction @ time.

 

there number of reasons order failure, among them errors in card number, expiration date, security code, or billing address, or inaccurate email address. if have verified information , still unable place order, please contact customer service , order phone. call (800) 585-0774 (u.s./canada).

 

 

when talked support lady told me dashes shouldn't in address space...so took out dashes, still didn't work. looked further , told me "there must on adobes end can fix". entered information in me twice , tried process on phone...nothing. used same credit cards same day make purchases , phoned bank make sure there no holds...there wasn't.

 

now adobe support is, "enter information again, should work". then, "ok, push next level". literally have been through same loop twice each person not knowing do. there number can call or something....

 

i created whole new account personal information, , different credit card...it still didn't work. purchase not available in canada? not computer illiterate, in charge of our company , keying in right info. collected our exact address credit card compant make sure same.

 

so far not impressed adobe's support process, people nice seems keep using 24-48 hour wait time , looping me through again. been 5 days , want buy product! know number can call resolve or method can purchase subscription?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
