Conrefs disappear after saving to xml

hi all,

i'm having weird issue conrefs , i'm hoping can help.

i have 3 documents: doca, docb, , docc.

i've been using conrefs reuse rows in table need repeated in multiple files. doca source file contains main content , docb , docc contain conrefs table rows in doc a.

when insert conrefs seems go fine , i'm able save docs xml without error. however, after close , reopen docb, of cells blank (e.g., in 3 column table, rows still have content in column 1, not column 2 or 3). when @ details affected rows, conrefs seem have disappeared.

i've tried reinserting conrefs, , seems work fine until reopen file. when reopen file, conrefs fixed appear, cells in different row missing. make matters weirder, docc, contains conrefs exact same rows, works fine , conrefs show up.

this problem has occured in several sets of files. don't know do. i've tried reassigning ids of source rows in doca , rebuilding tables in docb , docc, same problem keeps popping (sometimes goes away few days , returns).

i've checked dita options , "auto-load conrefs on file open" enabled.

has run similar problem or know this? i'm getting nervous using conrefs @ if can disappear without warning!

any advice appreciated.

thanks!

what version of fm? did check console window after opening files? should report errors if conrefs aren't able resolve on reopening files. assume you're using xml files not structured fm (binary) files?

tables can little strange, since can reference parts of table structure. make sure element you're conreffing same 1 you're replacing. console should report errors.

one way make sure works conref contents of cell. put contents of cell in <p> , conref element.

it *should* work though.
