Disc menu text distorted

i have problem menu text , scene images being distorted , blurry. clicked on 'disc menus' , chose 'outdoor wedding' , entered main title bit of text (standard font) , text , images looks terrible in preview , text badly distorted in finished burned dvd.

 

the footage shot panasonic hdc-sd60 @ ha1920 in pal. have not mixed other format of footage in project. there 1 still image @ end created in pe , have created title @ beginning of footage against black fading in image. title text.

 

the footage seems fine on finished dvd, it's disc menu looks awful , it's standard disc menu option without real tweaking. find adding , adjusting text menu unuser friendly, i've stuck standard font , tried not muck much. (on slight detour - scenes start fade in scene images black. try adjust green dots on timeline , changes images on scenes menu starts scenes here. there way add picture these scene boxes without starting there?)

just confirm, you're making dvd, not bluray disc, right?

 

if case, try this: before add menus, use share/computer/avi output dv-avi of movie.

 

open new project, 1 set dv widescreen video , add video timeline. use timeline add  dvd menu markers , menus. results should perfect!
