How do I get Photoshop Elements 9 to recognize my scanner?

i have upgraded computer imac, running os 10.8 mountain lion. have pse9 installed program won't recognize scanner. have brother mfc9325. scanner function work pc, running xp, not imac.

 

in elements 9, may need copy adobe twain driver, if scanner requires it, optional plug-ins folder import-export folder in main plug-ins folder.

you need copy plug-in twain_32.8ba

copy from:

c:\program files (x86)\adobe\photoshop elements 9\optional plug-ins\import-export

copy to:

c:\program files (x86)\adobe\photoshop elements 9\locales\en_us\plug-ins\import-export.

 

n.b. on windows 32 bit systems navigate program files. replace en_us own geographic location if necessary.

 

on mac, go applications à adobe photoshop elements 9 à support files à optional plug- ins à importmodules, , move twain.plugin there applications à adobe photoshop elements 9 à support files à plug-ins à import modules. app store version, go applications , right- click/control-click adobe photoshop elements 9 editor , choose show package contents à contents , move twain.plugin optional plug-ins à importmodules plug-ins à importmodules. n.b. if see message warning plug-ins can't modified. click authenticate , enter mac os x account password -then move plug-in.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
