Is Application Manager broken on Mac OS 10.7.4?

adobe application manager version 6.2.77.0 refuses launch on 3.33 ghz core 2 duo imac running mac os 10.7.4-- bounces in dock. has caused variety of other issues:

 

  1. i can't download , manually install updates cs6 production premium applications because manual updates require application manager.
  2. i can't uninstall cs5 suite installed on system because uninstall process requires application manager (of course manually delete apps , directories, full, clean uninstall)
  3. i can't uninstall , re-install cs6 cleanly because requires application manager.

 

is there workaround of this? adobe pushing updates downstream-- can see notifications in updater utility-- non-functional application manager updates can't accessed.

do receive specfic error message when try utilize uninstallers located in applications/utilities/adobe installers?  if not recommend running cs cleaner tool.  can find details on how accomplish @ cs cleaner tool installation problems | ccm, cs6, cs5.5, cs5, cs4, cs3 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
