hi.....

we have bit of dilema joomla site!

my girlfriend has been working on joomla site 4 years , has never been told update!
she has integrated gallery2 thing , never updated.

with me being web designer etc... have taken on project , to:

a) update latest versions of joomla , gallery3

b) migrate whole lot, inc database new server

any advice really, appreciated know nothing "joomla"

you have work cut out you. recommend upgrading joomla 2.5 because there few extensions built 3.0.
- backup site! in fact, recommend creating backup of current site, install somewhere else, migration on test site , when ready copy on live site. best way avoid screwing live site, if not familiar upgrading joomla.
- upgrade 1.0 1.5 using jupgrade; check extension developers see if have way migrate data new version. do, don't.
- upgrade 1.5 2.5 using jupgrade
- new template or modify 1 of default templates. existing template outdated it's not worth upgrading template; eg, html, css, , joomla code outdated.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
