i know if there's way prevent abuse of username , password abuse.
if provide paid access content based on username , password person can easy provide username , password 1000 friends not pay viewing content.
is there way knows prevent matter ?

you have either make harder share login details limiting how user can login or increase 'account value' (ie person less share bank login details dummy email account).
you can start limiting 1 active login session per user minimise concurrent account sharing.
other options use more complicated authentication methods, such using device, location, sms or security usb dongles part of authentication methods.
alternatively can consider replacing default joomla login openid or social services authentication methods (ie google, facebook, tritter, etc). people less share those, though not stop them creating dummy accounts.
