PSE8 - Any Real Improvement over PSE3?

i have been using pse3 several years new scanner came pse8 installed. regretting cos looks different , have waste time learning new user interface. before uninstall pse8, know how can find out important improvements pse8 made on pse3?

i use adobe lightroom 3.6 dont need photo developing work in pse. have adobe illustrator dont need pse text etc.

why not set-up pse8 editor external editing app in lightroom preferences. of tools same pse3 , don't need use quick fix or guided edits.

 

you can work right lightroom library.

 

you make round trip lightroom follows:

1) ctrl+e in library export selected image develop settings

2) edit in elements; ctrl+s overwrite lightroom export copy

3) ctrl+w close in elements , update lightroom thumbnail.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
