When can I download my purchase?

i bought adobe acrobat pro x online download , start using immediately.  there's no download available?  did not choose pay $400 use software "someday".  in fact, specifically told purchase assistant in chat wanted start using "right away".  never said having wait download it.  never mentioned in of documentation on site prior order being submitted.  order placed download of software have on site available downloading.  consider breach of our sales agreement denying me access product ordered , paid authorized charge on credit card.  conduct may border on criminal, , going petitioning relief unconsciounable deception.  when can start downloading software for have paid you?

i apologise wait time on order. various security reasons(to prevent fraudulent activity) orders put on hold reviewed manually , released. since order placed outside business hours request wait time order looked into. in meanwhile can download trial version of software , work on till order released , provided serial number(the functionality of trial version , licensed version same).

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
