Admin Login: Error 500 - An Error has occured View not found - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support
after logging in admin following error:
500 - error has occurred.
view not found [name, type, prefix]: cpanel, html, cpanelview
return control panel
i have done nothing site, suspect hosting provider may have restored backup , forgot file permissions or something. has happened before dont remember error message. have checked file permissions can , seem ok though. not sure else might be, because havent changed or installed on site. site views ok browser though, admin causing problem.

why host have restored backup without notifying you?
have spoken them establish if case , if so, why have done it?
whilst @ ask if have updated/changed of server configuration/software versions.
you state have done nothing site, though had been doing last time had access site administrator @ all?
are not creating , keeping own backups of site on regular basis? if not time start! simplest way install , regularly use akeeba backup.
