HEY ADOBE, WHY IS CS6 KILLING ME?
i'm unhappy performance of cs6. cs5.5 ok setup, cs6 virtually unusable. thought if upgraded video card, i'd decent performance, got geforce 580 (and new power supply). improvement marginal.
what makes product unusable every time make slightest change, ae has big screen update takes 15 seconds. causes screen flicker (showing what's behind ae on desktop. getting flicker before installed new video card.) have click "maximize" button continuously until click gets through on idle, , can else. can imagine, makes pretty slow going.
i've checked make sure have latest driver , the
latest update ae.(11.0.1.12)
is matter of not having computer thats fast enough? or else happening fix without getting new box?

have considered reinstalling system scratch? no means sounds normal. cs6 may suck on many levels, @ least screen refresh works on end.... sounds more general systemic issue...
