How do I contact someone at Adobe about an order problem?
i can't find way contact adobe other live support. i'm overseas , don't want call on phone.
i placed order on aug. 20th upgrades photoshop cs5 , lightroom 3. have order number in confirmation e-mail, , transaction still pending @ paypal.com.
today, order number can not found in order status. live support said order cancelled because "credit card declined", , should contact "bank". told him (or her), transaction still pending @ paypal.com.
live support said resubmit order, no other offer of solution.
i received no notice of errors or issues! if order cancelled, wouldn't prudent let customer know?
when started resubmit order, because want these upgrades, realized promotional pricing no longer effective. so, replacement order more expensive 1 mysteriously canceled.
what's going on adobe.com? far worst online purchasing experience i've ever had! use paypal time order products , have never had problem.
i think worst part how adobe abandoned entire process, leaving me in dark, , leaving order in pending status @ paypal.com. supposed do, wait 3 days kind of notice?
so, there other way contact @ adobe , resolved, or need stay until 3:00am make call @ expense?

i apologise trouble have gone through. matter you. did happen place order while overseas or placed order home ? reason ask question if had placed order while overseas order rejected since ip address placed order contradict billing zip code big deterrent when orders processed.
i apologise way have been treated support regarding issue , let me assure not happen again. ensure offered same price products had ordered initially.
