How do I scan so that white paper shows as white not blue?

is there kind of tweak can when scan in full color, white paper scans white, not light blue or yellow?

most you'll have correct color after scanning.

 

scanners don't have same color sensitivities eye, , won't see same do.

and scanners don't adapt colors (they'll see newspaper gray on gray, while see black , white).

 

try using white eyedropper in levels on area should white.
