mpeg audio not playing back correctly

i upgraded cs6 , doing first project in it.

i have sony hvr-z1u camera recorded hdv , have captured ppro using hdv capture settings

 

here result of capture

file path: v:\hc2012\show\untitled clip 04.mpeg

type: mpeg movie

file size: 9.5 gb

image size: 1440 x 1080

frame rate: 29.97

source audio format: 48000 hz - compressed - stereo

project audio format: 48000 hz - 32 bit floating point - stereo

total duration: 00:51:54:21

pixel aspect ratio: 1.3333

 

when try , play clip in cs6, video comes out ok audio sounds chirp.

if right clip clip , edit in audition, sounds fine

if play file explorer in windows media play looks , sounds fine

if import same file cs5.5 plays both video , audio fine.

 

what doing wrong here?

try clearing media cache files , see if fixes issue. can going top inside premiere , going  "edit>prefrences>media click says "clean" under media cache datebase. might fix problem.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
