Problem with Flattened File - CS6 and OSX 10.8

i experiencing problem layered file.  i’m using cs6 , osx 10.8.  imported raw file ps , edited adding dozen layers, including groups.  1 of groups consists of several black layers added noise , used blend modes create background effect portrait of girl (with silo mask).  group’s mode “normal”.  when saved layered tiff lr4, background changes dramatically (heavy noise, compared light noise in original).  same effect results if flatten or merge layers in ps. (saving psd has same result.)

 

i read 1 post similar problem , “mike” (forgot name) suggested saving drive , opening file while depressing alt/shift.  doing worked preview mode only.  if did using ps, didn’t work.  (not great work around large number of files.)  never experienced behavior file looked 1 way in ps , dramatically different when flattened or brought lr layered file. suggestions?

always view , judge effects , layer mixing @ 100% zoom, @ zoomed-out sizes done speed-optimized estimation, , in conditions can wrong.

 

can please post screen grabs showing differences?  perhaps able confirm i've said, or see whether have other issue.
