SSD and HDD configuration

hello.

i boughta new system:

 

i7 3770k

gigabyte z77x-d3h

corsair 16gb 1666 ddr3

nvidia gtx 670

vertex 4 256gb ssd sata 3

seagate 2tb vs35 7200

samsung 1tb f3 7200

 

i wonder how need set premiere, after effects, photoshop, media encoder cs6 , lightroom 4.

i have win 7 64bit + programs on ssd, currnetly have 165gb free (ocz reccomand using 50% best performance).

all media on 2tb hdd , storage , backup on 1tb hdd.

i read alot of info media cache , scratch disk , suggest doing somehing else.

i need guys me, best settings media chace files + database, scratch disk, previews, ram allocation, after effects cpu , ram each core setting , other optimizing settings.

 

does here have gtx 670?

i read card weaker gtx 580 , latest readons in gpu accelerated tasks.

 

im working mov h264 files dslr, no red or 4k (for now).

my boot drive uses under 60gig win7 & cs5 mc & ms office & several small programs,

with windows paging/swap file directed drive

my 3 hard drives video editing configured as...
.
1 - 320gig boot win7 64bit pro , program installs (2)
.
2 - 320gig data win7 paging swap file , video project files
when create project on #2 drive, various work files follow,
so boot drive not used media cache folders , files
.
3 - 1terabyte data video files... input & output files (1)
.
(1) faster input/output if have 4 drives
- use drive 3 source files
- use drive 4 output files
.
(2) 60gig used, win7 & cs5 mc & ms office & other smaller programs
