is there way can have user on ubuntu 11 box when logged in automatically opens x program , nothing else, no window manager nothing, single program user only?

here scenario, have 3 users, 1 called skype. want when logs skype user no window manager @ available user gdm , xwin automatically start skype up. ideas?

you can add program using "system->startup applications" , when double checked, delete gnome-panel (or unity panel) user unable reach programs (at least not in easy way).
