Color correction in very long distance zoom-in

hi,

i made shot canon xf305 that's a  long distance zoom-in 1 village other (around 1km distance clips-duration=1 minute).

the problem occurs (because taken in hills cloudy sky), parts sunny , other parts cloud shadow showing color errors.

i made manual white balance (in camera before) , blacks , whites ok, have problems mid-red , mid-blue parts of zoom.

what best way color correct this. thinking using scissors tool , separating part of clip , making

some kind of transition between parts of clip.

so pro's how done?!

thanks! david

you try  keyframes on corrections.

in speedgrade or da vinci resolve...a colorist create transitions in video stream.

razor cuts create jumps in grade... not advisable.
