Eliminate metadata?

trying eliminate shooting data image files using bridge (including shutter speed, f-stop).

 

i see options affect virtually except 2 things seems.

 

does bridge have way remove information or "blank out" all metadata image files?

 

...further detail...

 

i need save original full-resolution images w/o metadata.

 

exporting in virtually form eliminate metadata new file being created. have 1000's of original images want strip metadata , have little (or no) generation loss possible.
