Every month my yearly subscription expires despite Adobe taking money out of my bank account?
every month since subscribed adobe creative cloud, message stating subscription cloud has expired? yet, there has been no problem adobe taking monthly subscription dues out of bank account. must go thru rig-a-ma-roo update account manually in order tyo restore being able use programs need. , thing, (although might consider second question), must enter , re-enter adobe id , password go next page in succession. wouldn't mind doing if security reasoning appears risk redundancy? things run more smoothly if per chance identify these hassles prior confirming bank account routing number?
hi john,
:
sorry hear frustrations. reading on description wondered following.
- when getting message saying expire email or kind of notification software?
- can elaborate little more rig-a-ma-roo have go through continue using software? maybe next time happens describe process here on forums (or potentially post screen shot)?
- there consistent internet connect connectivity on machine giving behavior
the software confirm subscription status every 30 days, requires internet access , typically should occur silently in background unless reason can't connect. if can't connect, should message telling internet connectivity required continue using service (this grace period). software continue work 7 days in grace period before quits working because of not being able confirm subscription status. i'm not sure how fits seeing better understand in order help.
-dave
