How do I get a new template style to be used? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i want change logo on page duplicated "beez2 - default" , renamed "beez2 - modified". changed logo in new template. can't find way make modified template used article. expected find place assign template (or style?) article templates don't seem mentioned on joomla screen except template manager screen, how can relate else? don't have right understanding of template is.

could please tell me i'm missing? have different logo on 1 particular web page? (i'm assuming in joomla-speak "logo" means big header banner extends across top of page.)

i'm sorry such noob question. have done lot of reading in 2 books plus these fora can't find basic concepts explained in way registers me. joomla writers seem explain joomla concepts in terms of other joomla concepts it's not easy started.

templates can assigned menu item...

so if article assigned menu item, open template manager, under extensions, click on template name, , when it's open, use menu item selector @ bottom left assign it, save.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
