Links to documents on website no longer working after upgrad - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,
i complete beginner in joomla - been reading past 2 months, can't come out of problems.
i trying upgrade our website joomla 1.5.25 joomla 2.5
i using jupgrade so. upgrade runs fine, end result not ok.

problems:
1. links documents on website no longer working
2. of other links (links other items on website) no longer working
3. of components / extensions, such docman, seem have disappeared - no longer in menu. have other menu items.

am supposed upgrade components / extensions first, before upgrade joomla?
or
am supposed reinstall components / extensions after upgrade joomla?

3rd party components not default migrated 2.5 using jupgrade.
you have manually install them on j2.5 have manually put data in component too.

about of links not working. have copied documents/images respective folders on new 2.5 joomla installation?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
