Need to export movie without black bars

hi,

i use adobe premiere pro cs 4.2.1, , have issue not sure how handle.  short film shot in 1920x1280 @ 23.976fps.  shot 2:35 aspect ratio in mind, have 816 matte i've put on timeline, export in 1920x1080.  matte covers boom mic since knew aspect ratio when shooting.

i have distribution company wants export active pixels, no black bars.  if take them out, mic show.  how can handle this?  should export if matte taken off?  1920 x 816?

the project settings are:

general:desktop, 23.976fps, 1920x1080, square (1.0) pixel aspect ratio, , 24fps timeline display format.

here's movie black bars:

any appreciated, thank you!
