Clipboard/ pasting error

i have been having clipboard issues adobe illustrator cs6 (creative cloud). running cs6, 64 bit - windows 7 on machine few months old.

 

when attempt copy , paste text in document artboard or create copy of of elements on page illustrator not maintining formatting or pasting copied objects. example, images illustrate point below.

 

in image have text copied attempting duplicate. text proxima nova, 18pt, semibold.

this result of paste:

 

as can see font not retained. pastes below text myriad pro, 12pt, regular. happens text attempt copy+paste in document.

 

 

 

pasting multiple objects:
if select, copy, , paste multiple objects (in case rectangle, formatted text, , placed eps file, text copied pastes in artboard. eps, , rectangle both lost , text pastes in unformatted myriad pro, 12pt, regular.

 

 

however, if outline text , select elements , copy+paste, paste in.

 

obviously, isn't feasible every time working text cannot make changes text after have outlined it.

 

 

 

 

any suggestions can give solution great. hindering workflow , has been ongoing issue can't seem find solution to. have uninstalled , reinstalled illustrator cs6 (after removing preferences). have deleted aiprefs file , restarted illustrator. have google forums , called tech support , don't seem understand issue nor finding topics related clipboard handling errors in program itself.

i had strange problems proxima nova time ago. font have tech issue.

aslo try chnaging prefernces clipboard, see if has effect.
