form calculations from a checkbox dropdown combination

hello all-

 

first of thank help.  new acrabat , java.  new have spent many many hours working on form sure take professional minutes.  trying following:

 

i making contract our construction company sells building concrete flooring , without.  have set prices each size building depending on if concrete or without.  have made work setting value each building size on dropdown , using check box make each dropdown appear or disappear.

 

i wondering if better way of doing this.  need each building size populate 2 values, depending on checkbox chosen.  can give appreciated.
