Problems with Premiere Elements 10, please help!

hello,

 

i in process of editing videos charity work using premiere elements 10 encountering problems...

 

firstly, elements keeps crashing no reason... happened time after time when trying edit title, around had delete title , insert new 1 , fine. however, has started again. trying select multple scenes , title group them , elements crashes citing runtime error. know how can solve problem? update may needed.

 

normally when moving around clips on timeline strong verticle black line across timeline indicate when clip in next beginning/end of clip/title/item on timeline easy line things up. feature has disappeared 1 of projects annoying keep accidently chopping bits of clips off. why has disappeared? how back?

 

these current issues making difficult me work , frustratig, gratefully received!

what operating system using? how fast processor, how ram have , how free, clean, freshly defragmented space on c or main drive?

 

what model of camcorder video coming , format , resolution it?

 

which project settings did select when set premiere elements project? if selected ideal settings, should see no red lines above clips when add them timeline. case in project?

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
