Tool tip problem

hi, working on site , have been couple of months. page has been working until recently. bottom of page (where photos , names), 'tooltip' area , when click on names, want 'post-it' note popup on right. now, it's coming up, drop shadow behind coming up. have checked every element in width , there no drop shadow applied anything. (yes, checked every state of each of elements--both trigger , target). here page: http://www.irmographics.com/adstreet/about-us.html

any appreciated. done site , it's frustrating working of sudden not working. in advance.

i've dragged yellow postit note onto decktop , yes it's png sort of shadow effect.  can think of is,  maybe it's "glow" or "bevel" effect got turned on mistake??? check out.

 

lastly, noticed there little "grey shadow spot" right of brown tape.  png image created in photoshop.  maybe put drop-shadow on image there!  used/imported image within tool tip box.  why can't rid of shadow.  have original photoshop image , remove shadow effect.
