AME CS6 Audio Sync Issue

i in process of mass converting of old video podcasts produce old m4v format newer mp4 format. both formats same (h.264 & aac audio), vary in frame size , bitrate. difference the old format standard apple's earlier devices (such original apple tv), , new format used apple's later devices, android devices, , more user friendly.

 

at rate, created watch folder accomplish this, , let run overnight. came in morning find audio not in sync video on vast majority of files. created own preset, while attempting solve problem, discovered preset same apple presets.

 

i've tried several different apple presets, taking watch folder out of situation, , playing files in different players (win media, quicktime, , vlc). doesn't matter do, files audio/video sync issues ranging few frames several seconds. way i've found stop sync issue put old file on premiere pro timeline , exporting sequence. ruins whole purpose of watch folders.

 

anyone happen have similar issue and/or have found solution?

 

specs:

 

windows 7 pro x64

adobe media encoder cs6 v6.0.1.31

amd fx-8120

mass converting old m4v format newer mp4 format.

 

that's wrong way go it.  don't work highly compressed, lossy version , convert highly compressed, lossy version.  go original project , original media , create new version that.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
