Can't Create ISO!

i have brand new imac, 16gig ram. create mpeg bluray files premiere , use media encoder. create menus in encore, check errors gets stuck on little save screen @ 70% when build!? walked away few hours , alass, still there! i've never had problem before , it's way i've done it. suggestions? have latest version , have subscription version. can't adobe call me back. possible reinstall encore itself?
