PrE-10 Will not start in Win7(x64)

i sincerely hope not redundant, have spent days on forum looking answers, no luck. have seen many similar questions, none of 'fixes' proposed relevant, or not work me.

 

history:

i have been running pre-10 since release, on win-7(32-bit). had system crash after installing windows-8 beta , had wipe hard drive , start scratch. time loaded win-7 (x64). original apps had stored on external drive. re-installed, not. had re-download pse-10, , pre-10 64-bit apps.

pse-10 , associated organizer, work fine before. pre-10 not start. splash screen, options of new, open , organizer. of these, organizer opens. other 2 options either bring windows error box 'pre-10 has failed start', or sits , nothing.

 

 

it not system limitation have far more requirements needed run , said, worked fine in 32-bit version, , nothing else has changed (that have input), baffled.

 

as said, have done many of proposed fixes have seen on forum, if pertinent system, , not. have completed reinstallation of of applications, , far pre causing problem, important me working on project requires it.

 

i have done belarc report, not see link upload it. see links images, videos, tables , weblinks, nothing files (pdf). attempt load image , see if works. not want post text or html 7 pages long! (nope, not insert). perhaps can tell me how upload file.
