hi, know of quality, royality free, legal sound libraries on web can used in flash? (the standard flash library sounds bit limited) again, newnoviceuser

"good quality" relative term.  in experience, pay far sounds go.  1 site search thru soundfx section of flashkit site (http://www.flashkit.com/).  if search google right set of keywords might able discover others.
