with july 4th coming up, plus loves food regardless of occasion. thought thread great idea.

1 of favorite foods hot wings. simple recipe, , delicious.

-=hot-wings=-
need:
- chicken wings
- 2 quarts of oil, vegetable preferred
- deep fryer or deep pot fry in.
- half cup of butter or margarine. use blue bonnet brand.
- baking flour, non rising.
- light salt (optional).
- louisiana hot sauce, brand best imho.
- lime juice (optional).

*make sure wings have thoroughly thawed out before starting.
*start heating oil 400f.
*dump cup or 2 of floor large bowl.
*slightly season floor sprinkle of salt. (optional)
*to make sauce want mix 1 part butter 1 part louisiana hot sauce. 1/4cup butter 1/4cup sauce. may need more depending on amount of wings cooking. heat butter until melted before adding sauce. squirt shot of lime juice mixed butter sauce.
*soon oil has got 400f, take wings , toss of them floor add them hot oil. careful not burned or add many wings @ 1 time cooker. medium sized wings can take 12 15mins cook. depends how many wings trying cook also. sure cook theme completely. sure sign getting cooked when start float.
*after have cooked, oil has drained , cooled slightly. can place them in seal-able container have air tight lid for. poor wings sauce on them, place lid on container securely. toss or shake container of wings , sauce until wings covered in wing sauce. careful not shake hard , jar lid loose. make nasty mess.
*once have done that, can server them friends or guest. prefer mine blue cheese dressing.
