add fields so clients can sign electronically and send back
i've read bunch of discussions how add fields forms none of them answered questions.
what i'd add signature , text field (for date) pdf clients can send them signed electronically. not want use echosign.
i have acrobat pro v9.5.2. added signature field , text field per http://www.adobe.com/accessibility/products/acrobat/pdf/a9-creating-accessible-pdf-forms.p df. read on adobe forum supposed go save > reader extended allow user sign document , send me signed. however, have save options save or save as. there's no save > reader extended option , when choose save "save type" not include reader extended either.
please post step step instructions how (add 2 fields, save doc, send client, have them sign , fill in fields , send me completed). surely can 9 yes?

it's different in acrobat 9: advanced > extend features in adobe reader
