After moving site from local to Online Server - 500 Internal - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi,

i moved site local server online server, followed instructions on video http://cmsteachings.com/transfer-joomla ... ine-server:

1) first, need backup joomla root files.
2) need export joomla database
3) transfer joomla root files new server
4) create new database inside new server , import old database
5) import joomla root files new server
6) change joomla configuration.php file

but, when try visit (open) site, there is:

internal server error

the server encountered internal error or misconfiguration , unable complete request.

please contact server administrator, webmaster@***** , inform them of time error occurred, , might have done may have caused error.

more information error may available in server error log.

additionally, 404 not found error encountered while trying use errordocument handle request.

apache/2.2.23 (unix) mod_ssl/2.2.23 openssl/1.0.0-fips mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 frontpage/5.0.2.2635 server @ ******* port 80



i checked error log, , there is:

[wed jan 02 20:58:48 2013] [error] [client **********] softexception in application.cpp:256: file "/home/*****/public_html/index.php" writeable group




do have advice or idea problem , how solve problem?

the last sentence says 'index.php writable group' implies permissions index.php @ least 664 644 should enough. try changing permissions on file.
