Help with columns

i have website has starting displaying incorrectly , has scroll bars never before.  there scroll bar in menu bar, on sides , @ bottom of pages. 3 column pages messed center column displaying @ bottom of page looks there nothing on page besides menu @ top , side unless scroll clear down.  here website address http://www.midwayrealtyks.com/commercial.html page worst.  home page, right hand column clear @ bottom of page. 

 

any fixing problem appreciated!

the validator suggests have bit of tidying on page linke to:

it indicates have </p> tag , </div> tag stray.  means either have deleted opening tag or forgotten open these or stray tags.  reckon stray tag enough screw layout.

 

anyway, track down , see how is.
