Project Expired Captivate 6

i have created captivate 6 project demo software functions, created trial version of captivate 6. purpose of project allow users click on button , project play show them functionality of software , worked perfectly.

 

i let trial expire , took out sunscription e-learning suite 6 , tried republish project, everytime try republish message saying project has expired.

 

i have recreated project scratch on subscription on clean install of e-learning suite 6 on different pc when publish still same message saying expired.

 

the project being published via ftp option server, thing havent changed name of published project e.g. assign_analysis, has stayed same on ftp both during trial , since got subscription.

 

the developers tell me file being on written each time ftp'd possible expiry date still being held on server (from trial version) though have no expiry date set on project?

 

i have republished other projects same server had expired , have same name without problem, 1 causing me problem.

once open project in cp 6 license version , can check edit>preferences>project>start , end. check if project expiry date disabled. try test project,
