Publishing Software Demonstration
i having problems tcs 3.5's captivate 5.5 publishing software demonstrtation videos , viewing them hyperlinked in published rh 9.0.2.271. tried using swf file, windows exe , mp4. ms html file not show mp4. brings player window asking if want view video library. test output using rh's view selected item , works fine there, after outputing entire project doesn't.
can mp4 captivate software demonstration videos work in published ms html rh 9 file?

when using robohelp, have couple of options. better off using swf output captivate.
before use robohelp, need answer few questions. questions are:
when user viewing system, want them view captivate inside topic pane of robohelp output? or need open in new window have more space?
if i'm viewing in topic pane, captivate need appear within process other text , images before or after captivate, or need on page of own?
when publish captivate project swf , use html option, captivate creates html page intended used present swf. in robohelp, may choose insert swf html topic, may wish import html page captivate created have new topic use in robohelp.
hopefully helps determine action take. if need further help, yell!
