Remote Custom Dialog Crashes (Subscription Success Window)

hi everyone,

 

i'm having bug long time, can't seem able solve or understand, comes from.

 

in viewer builder there field:

 

optional remote custom dialog url

this url loads when customer completes subscription process. example, can request user information or provide additional details products.

 

when fill url on publications marketing page, it's pretty sure, happens: when user subscribes publication window appears after subscription process finished.

 

the problem is, every app built last months, app stops @ window showing content of given url, no possibilty leave window. there no "finished" button whatsoever , no way library. way leave window killing app through task manager.

 

does 1 else encounter problem? the solution keep field empty in viewer builder , not showing success window customer (though having no ability ask him or or contact data).

 

does url 1 states in field have fullfill special features (like a callback of kind?)
