Thread: How can I make the login screen use only one of my dual monitors?

my login screen mirrors image across both of monitors, different sizes, causing 1 of 2 images ugly , stretched. after logging in monitors configured correctly. there way either 1) disable 1 of monitors during login, or 2) use both monitors without mirroring image?

i know how using catalyst (ati product). if have that, open it, select display manager, , down under display propertied 1 of monitors, make sure says "multi-display desktop displays ...". force each desktop have own display , screen identified "1" used logins.
