Weird Stage3D Context3D.driverInfos

when using flash player 11.3.31.230 (pepperish) in chrome (21.0.1180.83) driver info tells me:

render mode: opengl (direct blitting).

 

when using flash player 11,3,300,271 in same chrome tells me:

render mode: software hw_disabled=olddriver (direct blitting)

 

when upgrading to 11,4,402,265 (still in chrome, true ff 15) changes

render mode: software hw_disabled=explicit.

 

(and here thought explicit means somehow told use software fallback. didn't btw, because i'm using test here.)

 

when try run application directly ide, targeting 11.3, tells me

software (direct blitting).

 

when same air 3.3 desktop (i know, wrong forum) tells me

software: hw_disabled=olddriver(direct).

 

packaging air app , running tells me

software hw_disabled=explicit.

 

so 1 it??? , why older version of flash player in chrome supporting graphic driver newer 1 doesn't?.

 

i'm on windows 7. , have amd radeon hd 7730m. not find newer driver 1 have installed.

i've forwarded our 3d team review.

After Effect warning: A problem occurred when processing OpenGL commands

i have after effects cs6 in computer cs5.5 installed. 64bit windows 7 ultimate 20gb memory , 2 amd radeon hd 6900 series display adapters drivers updated hour ago (driver date 27.7.2012, version 8.982.0.0).   when trying use after ecffects, error message " after effect warning: problem occurred when processing opengl commands " when clicking composition window.   what done? not much, i'm afraid. need older graphics driver. other disable second card or play configuration. unfortunately not smart person decided cs6 no longer need manual opengl control user, there's no way suppress within program force-revert software-only modes in case of such issues...   mylenium More discussions in After Effects adobe
